Apple's standard terms apply. Your use of ReadyForOath is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, plus these short terms.

- ReadyForOath is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or any government agency.
- The questions come from official public USCIS study materials. Practice results are not official and do not predict how a USCIS officer will decide your case.
- For legal questions, talk to a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.
Current officials. Answers about current officials (for example, your Governor or Senators) are updated from official sources and show a "verified on" date. Officials can change. Always check the date before your interview.
Purchases.
- Monthly renews automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- The 3-month pass does not renew.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
