Common questions

• Restore a purchase on a new phone: Paywall → Restore purchases (same Apple ID).
• Cancel the monthly plan: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ReadyForOath.
• Wrong official shown: check the "verified on" date in the Answers tab and tell us your ZIP's state. We fix data errors quickly.
• Delete your data: Settings → Erase all my data. To also delete your purchase record, email us the Support ID from Settings.
